I have never hired a company based on their FB Page, but I did this week. I loved that I could “talk” to the owner thru FB Messenger, got the quote, and set up the appointment all without having to make a phone call (I hate talking on the phone). To say my carpet was dirty is an understatement. I didn’t expect to see much of a change, but I figured at least I know it will be cleaner, even if it doesn’t look cleaner. This company worked a small miracle, seriously, MIRACLE, on my carpet. My carpet looks amazing! I loved the ease, professionalism, very reasonable cost and especially the end result. The pictures on their page are true, and I’m guessing my carpet will be on there soon, it should be, honestly it is a true testament. Thank you for providing such a great service!
